I started an order with legalzoom in February for a registered agent (relatively simple) and now it is May and it is still not done. I have called 3 times and each time I was told "I do not know what the hold up is because it should have been completed but I will escalate it".

They are costing me money because I cannot close a Corp until I have a registered agent and now I have fees, etc. because it is still active. When I call and am transferred, I feel like I am talking to a retired person who works from their home office.

They don't know what is going on and do not seem to have any support other than to say " I'll escalate it"! Go elsewhere!

Product or Service Mentioned: Legalzoom Legal Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service after they have your money.
