Details
Total rip-off! They automatically enroll you for future billing without your consent. Refuse to give refunds after charging you, customer service reps out right lie to you about these charges and they make it impossible to disable the auto- enroll feature on your account. How there hasn't been a class action lawsuit against this fraudulent practice is beyond me.

I have never dealt with such poor customer service! They call you with a problem, then when you answer, they ask why you have called, and they put you on hold. I was delayed 7 months with unnecessary delays and finally canceled everything. I believe they are a fraudulent organization, not what they advertise. Stay away and do it right elsewhere!
