After I requested a cancellation on today on 8/30/25 after noticing Legal Zoom charge me for 6 months in a dishonest way. I had cancelled back in 7/30/24 which they actually confirmed by email, now all of the sudden I'm charged again without even receiving an email confirmation.

I called customer support and talked to Darrius S.

(Compliance Specialist) from the Compliance Dept.

He told me couldn't help me because of their policy practices, the same old deceiving script. As you can see in the images attached, they confirmed the cancellation but then charged me again.

I need LegalZoom to do the service I paid for or refund my money. I am severely disappointed.

I feel robbed. I fear this company is a scam. They continue to lie to me. They ignor me.

I cant open their emails. I paid for a service. I need answers. I need my business or I need a refund.

Im so frustrated. Can anyone help me? I can not let this company get away with stealing my money.

I am grieving the death of my daughter. I wanted to start this business in honor of her and to help me support the children left behind.

This company actions look like a scam.

I paid for the service and 2 months after I tried to contact them for an update, but no customer support available on the phones. I emailed them and their response was:

"Go on this site and register, then go on another site and log in, and then look for your answers".

I spend an hour jumping from one site to another following their recommendations but did not find any fillings or payment on my behalf.

In my opinion it is an obvious scam.

Be aware.

Did not follow up and just keeps on telling you they're working on it. Never resolved my order.

All talk and they do nothing to resolve or offer solutions.

I believe that if it doesn't follow the norm, they could care less. Hopefully your order will need attention, because if it does, you're out of luck for getting it handled.

Legal zoom is a scam, they need to be investigated. I called 2 months ago and canceled subscription, today they sucked another $199 from my bank account.

I called them only to be ran around in circles. They said I was cancelled and no further charges will be taken from my account any longer.

We will see..I woulnt recommend them to anyone!! Dont get involved with LEGAL ZOOM should be called LEGAL SCAM!

Was told they would file my paperwork electronically, they did that for the state, didnt do that for the county, thats only processed through curriers. So now instead of having my license on the 10th as they stated, Im told now it could take at least a month to get my business up and running. That sounds like bait and switch to me.

A month after ordering legal documents, I am still waiting for a set of docs. No one at L Zoom seems to know where they are, why they have not been sent.

No one from customer service has contacted me regarding: this, my third inquiry. Called customer service, which says it is open on weekends.

Recording contradicts the Weekend Hours of support. Seems a bit of a Clown Show .

I signed up with legal zoom a year ago for a LLC. I paid for a dissolution that they did not deliver.

I checked the state's website after receiving an email about a filing.

My business was never dissolved, and I paid legal zoom almost $200.00 for what? To sit and do nothing.

I want a refund as no one is answering me regarding my order and this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with

I am requesting to cancel my order #8415**** and process a refund.

Reason: The project has been terminated, and we are no longer interested in pursuing a trademark or starting a non-profit. If the decision changes in the future, we will definitely contact Legal Zoom.

Payed for my LLC had to change a name due to interference with current LLC holders name and can no longer gain access to my acct.
